My name is Michael Che. I graduated from high school in 1990 and hold a bachelor degree in bilingual studies; English and French from the University of Yaoundé 1, Cameroon, an accredited institution internationally. I have been teaching French and English for 12 years. I have garnered a lot of teaching experience from young and older students. One outstanding feature I have learned and applied in my teaching techniques is introversion and extroversion propounded by Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud. In a classroom setting, there are introverts and extroverts and it is the place of the instructor to inculcate and impress the learning techniques to both groups. I understand that students expect a lot from their instructors and when a student is properly taught, they can be like their teacher. As an experienced teacher, I use analogies, metaphors, similes illustrations and descriptive images to inculcate my lesson to students and many more figures of speech to let them grasp meanings. Last but not the least, I manifest a lot of the fruitages of the spirit, that is love, patience,endurance,empathy,concern,industriousness and joy in a classroom setting. Students always have higher grades in the courses I teach and for those who want to study French as a passport language, I guarantee them a relatively short period and they speak fluently.
